■How to order translation

Translation fee is calculated based on the volume of source language (word count).

・Inquiry from customer（Free quote form or Contact form)

・Reply from the translator (asking for providing material to be translated)

　　↓

・Customer sends material（via emal etc.）

　　↓

・Count source language volume 

   and issue a quotation sheet with possible delivery date

　　↓

・If the quotation and the delivery date is fine, translation is ordered.  

（If canceled at this timing, no cancel fee is required.）

・Delivery

・Receipt by the customer

・Invoicing

■Translation rate（General business documents）

 Proofreading by native English speakers is not included.

■Translation rate（Legal documents）

Proofreading by native English speakers is not included.

 （For estimates in areas other than general business domain and legal domain, please ask for a quote separately.）

Examples of volume of source text for translation:

Notes) Besides above translation fees, when documentation work is required (e.g., when there is no source text data to be provided and tables and formatting must be created, etc.), documentation fee may be charged in addition to the above translation fee (approximately 1,500 yen per page)  (e.g. family register transcript from Japanese to English, etc.).

The minimum order unit ("minimum rate") is 100 words for English-Japanese translation and 200 characters for Japanese-English translation.

Documentation fee and minumum rate will be provided at the time of quotation, and you can decide whether to place an order after looking at it.

■Possible delivery timing

If there are no other works from other customers, the estimated delivery time is as follows: (The following delivery schedule may not be guaranteed during busy seasons, such as year-end holidays and fiscal-year end [March].)

Daily output：English to Japanese　up to about 2000 words

　　　　　      Japanese to English   up to about 4000 characters

In cases of particular urgent orders, such as same-day delivery, an express fee may be charged.

*Since translation work is done by single-person manual operation, orders may not be accepted during periods
